A material change came on May 11, 2023, when DigiFinex discontinued the DFT fee-deduction function. Its official announcement specifically separated that closure from DFT deposits, withdrawals and trading, which were unaffected by the change. The old fee-payment discount is therefore not a sound reason to acquire DFT without a newer reinstatement notice.
VIP arrangements and token promotions have their own requirements and should be assessed separately from the discontinued deduction feature. The amount committed, applicable market and active campaign determine what a user can receive.
